Refund Policy

Effective June 3, 2026.

Overview

Simpli-FI ID is a digital profile and professional networking service. Because purchases unlock digital features and may initiate manual setup work, refund eligibility depends on the plan, usage, and whether setup has started. This policy explains what to expect for each plan.

Ambassador Plan (Free)

Ambassador cards are free. No payment is collected and no refund is applicable.

Professional Plan ($2.99/month or $25/year)

Professional is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual billing is selected by default at checkout. You can cancel or turn off auto-renew at any time through the billing portal. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase or renewal. We may decline refunds when the upgraded card has been substantially used, customized, exported, or otherwise delivered as ordered.

Founder Plan ($7.99/month or $75/year)

Founder is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual billing is selected by default at checkout. Founder includes additional card, CRM, resource, analytics, and persona-card features.

You can cancel the subscription or turn off auto-renew at any time through the billing portal (account settings › Manage billing). Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by Simpli-FI ID.

If you cancel the recurring subscription, your card remains active for the remainder of the paid period and then downgrades. Your card data is retained (soft-deactivated, not deleted) and can be reactivated if you resubscribe.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise pricing, setup, support, service levels, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement with Simpli-FI ID.

Payment Failures

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its dunning schedule. If the payment remains unresolved, account features may be limited or downgraded until payment is updated. You can update your payment method through the billing portal.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to legal@simpli-fi-os.com with your account email, purchase date, plan name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider when possible. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
